ABOUT AZANA BENGALS

I became interested in these beautiful cats after acquiring my first Bengal, Onika. The whole family became hooked on this beautiful, intelligent, active and vocal cat. Onika bonded with every member of the family, entertaining us with her playful and funny antics; I have had many breeds of cats in the past, but none compare to the Bengal. Bengals are very unique and almost dog like, with their friendly personalities and their interest for human companionship. Once you own a Bengal, you will be hooked for life!

Azana is a cattery of high quality Bengals and top bloodlines. Azana is committed to the breeding of quality Bengals that will contribute to this growing breed and meet the highest standards for a pet, show or breeder quality Bengal. HEALTH GUARANTEE

Sound health and temperament of said cat/kitten is guaranteed upon arrival. Health records and a care sheet are provided at time of sale. Also included is a four generation pedigree.

All pet kittens must be spayed/neutered before reaching 8 months of age, 6 months of age is recommended. Seller agrees to furnish registration papers for the cat/kitten upon presentation of a veterinarian's certificate of sterilization.

Health is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time the kitten leaves the possession of the seller. It is recommended that you take the cat/kitten to your veterinarian (at your expense) within this time period for your own satisfaction and protection. If the cat/kitten is found to be medically deficient, it may be returned, and the purchase price will be refunded or a replacement kitten offered as available. For the protection of the seller's resident cattery population, a portion of the purchase price will be retained for FIP/FELV and FIV testing. All return shipping related expenses to be the responsibility of the purchaser.

It is recommended that the care and feeding instructions of the kitten be adhered to. Stress and changes in food can cause diarrhea and digestive upset in young kittens. It is recommended that when a kitten goes home, that he or she is placed in a room of their own in order to be given time to adjust to their new environment and parents for the first three or four days. It is recommended that introductions to other resident cats or dogs be done slowly. If not, and the kitten is left to try and defend theirselves against an older cat, this could lead to a frightening experience for the kitten and take the kitten longer to adapt to their new environment. Kittens must feel secure and be allowed this security when adapting to their new home. Generally, it will take a kitten approximately a week or so to be totally comfortable in their new home.

Should the cat/kitten die as a direct result of congenital defect (unknown at time of sale) within two years of time of sale, said cat/kitten will be replaced only if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a vet's certificate is provided, showing proof of cause of death.
